About Hayden.
Hayden graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts and is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia. He is currently undertaking his Masters of Laws.
Hayden has been with the firm since 2018 and was quickly promoted to Senior Associate. He manages a busy litigation practice within the firm, regularly appearing before the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal, Fair Work Commission, Local Court, District Court, Supreme Court, Federal Circuit Court and Federal Court.
Hayden acts for plaintiffs and defendants across a variety of areas including:
- Commercial and contract disputes
- Debt recovery
- Bankruptcy and insolvency
- Wills and estates
- Employment disputes
- Traffic, driving, drug and alcohol offences
In addition to his litigation practice, Hayden regularly advises clients on commercial issues such as leasing and contracts, Estate planning and employment contracts.
Hayden considers his matters holistically, getting to the real issues in dispute and seeking to find a positive and commercial result for his clients.
